Compliance posture

Hodor Vault is built for United States field-services operators, with California privacy law (the CCPA as amended by the CPRA) as our first compliance baseline because it is the most prescriptive state regime and treats precise geolocation as sensitive personal information. Our electronic records and signatures are designed to satisfy the federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted by the states. European requirements — the GDPR for personal data and eIDAS for electronic signatures and trust services — are documented as a forward-looking standard so that EU data residency and qualified signatures can be enabled later without re-architecting the platform.

Hodor Vault uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep your session secure. No advertising, no tracking, and we don't sell or share your personal information. Cookie Policy · Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
